Transformer Manufacturer Oil Immersed Power Transformer 33 /0.4 Kv 800kVA 100kVA 500kVA 1000kVA Distribution Transformer oil immersed power transformer manufacturer

The S11/13-M series fully sealed oil immersed power transformers developed and produced by our company have the advantages of low loss, low noise, and high efficiency, which can achieve good energy-saving effects and reduce pollution.

Compared with ordinary oil immersed transformers, fully sealed transformers eliminate oil storage tanks, and the change in oil volume is automatically adjusted and compensated by the elasticity of the corrugated sheets in the corrugated oil tank.

The transformer is isolated from air to prevent and slow down oil degradation and insulation aging, enhance operational reliability, and operate normally without maintenance.

Product Description

The S13-M series fully-sealed oil-immersed power transformers feature advantages such as low loss, low noise, and high efficiency, achieving significant energy savings and reducing pollution. Compared to conventional oil-immersed transformers, the fully-sealed transformer eliminates the oil storage tank. Instead, the volume change of the oil is automatically adjusted and compensated by the elasticity of the corrugated sheet of the corrugated tank. The transformer is isolated from the air, which helps prevent and slow down oil deterioration and insulation aging, enhancing operational reliability and requiring no maintenance during normal operation.

Basic Structure of oil transformers:

The oil-immersed transformer mainly consists of core, windings, oil tank, insulation bushings, radiators and other components. The core is usually made of laminated silicon steel sheets to reduce eddy current losses. The windings are wound with copper or aluminum wires and achieve voltage transformation through the principle of electromagnetic induction. The oil tank is used to hold the transformer oil, which plays the roles of insulation, cooling and heat dissipation.

Working Principle:

It is based on the law of electromagnetic induction, and changes the magnitude of AC voltage through the turns ratio of the primary winding and the secondary winding. When the primary winding is connected to an AC power source, an alternating magnetic flux is generated in the core, thereby inducing a corresponding voltage in the secondary winding.

Features of oil transformers:
  1. Good insulation performance: Transformer oil has good insulation performance, which can effectively prevent short circuits between windings and between windings and the core.
  2. Efficient heat dissipation: The good fluidity of oil can quickly take away the heat generated during the operation of the transformer to ensure that the transformer works within the normal temperature range.
  3. Strong overload capacity: It can withstand a certain degree of overload for a short time to adapt to unexpected situations in the power system.
Application Fields:

Oil-immersed transformers are often used in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises and other places to provide appropriate voltage levels for power transmission, distribution and use.

For example, in large-scale industrial production, oil-immersed transformers provide stable power for high-power equipment; in the urban power grid, it converts transmission voltage to the voltage suitable for residential and commercial users.
