1.This transformer is a single-phase dry-type transformer with an EI iron core.
2.The iron core is made of high-quality, low-loss silicon steel sheets. Main thickness: 0.3 mm and 0.35 mm. Materials include H18, H14, H12, and Z11. We choose the best material according to the customer’s needs and working conditions, so the transformer can work better.
3.The coil is wound with H-class or C-class enameled flat copper wire. The winding is tight and even. It looks neat and has good heat dissipation.
4.After the coil and iron core are assembled, the transformer goes through pre-drying, vacuum varnish dipping, heating, and curing. H-class insulating varnish is used to make the coil and iron core firmly connected. This can reduce noise and improve heat resistance. The transformer can run safely and quietly even at high temperatures.
5.The fasteners on the core column are made of non-magnetic materials. This helps the transformer have better quality, lower temperature rise, and better filtering performance.
6.Terminals:
For small-power transformers, the terminals look neat and have good voltage resistance, heat resistance, and flame resistance.
For high-power transformers, high-quality copper bars are used.
7.Mounting feet:
They are mainly made of CNC-bent cold-rolled steel plates. Different eco-friendly surface finishes are available, such as colorful zinc plating, blue zinc, white zinc, and black anodizing.
