Dry-type transformer has many types you can to choose. They have epoxy resin cast dry-type transformer, non-encapsulated dry type transformer, amorphous alloy dry type transformer, three-dimensional wound core dry-type transformer.

Dry-type transformer is a high-performance electrical equipment. It adopts advanced insulation technology, does not require oil immersion, and is safe and environmentally friendly. Product Features of of dry type transformers:

1 Low consumption and energy-saving: The core made of amorphous alloy material has low no-load loss and no-load current, which is equivalent to 30% of silicon steel sheets. The no-load loss of amorphous alloy dry-type transformers is 75% lower than the specified value in GB/T10228, which can significantly reduce operating costs and achieve remarkable energy-saving effects.

2 Strong corrosion resistance: The amorphous alloy core is fully encapsulated with resin and high-temperature-resistant silicone gel, effectively preventing corrosion and the detachment of amorphous alloy fragments, thereby effectively protecting the core and coils.

3 Low noise: To reduce product operating noise, a reasonable working magnetic flux density is selected during product design, and improvements in core and coil structures, as well as special noise-reduction materials and processes, are implemented during product processing. The noise level of the product is about 5~15 decibels lower than the requirements of the national standard GB/T10088.

4 Strong short-circuit resistance: The product adopts a three-phase three-limb structure, with a compact and reasonable clamping structure for the core and coils. The amorphous alloy dry-type transformers produced by our company have taken the lead in passing the sudden short-circuit test in China.

5 Low partial discharge: Due to the use of epoxy resin vacuum casting, the product has low temperature rise, long service life, and strong heat dissipation capability, allowing it to operate at 150% of rated load under air-cooled conditions. The temperature control protection system equipped with the product provides reliable safeguards for the safe operation of amorphous alloy dry-type transformers.
